  3. A confirmation shall be communicated to the delegate by Email
  4. All payments to be in DD/Cheque in favor of "Conferences & Incentives Management (I) Pvt Ltd," payable at New Delhi

TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. Room reservation will be accepted minimum 4 nights "block" from 2-5 November,2011
  2. The above hotel rates are inclusive of taxes, bed and breakfast
  3. All changes or cancellation must be made in writing & will be subject to conditions mentioned below
  4. The number of nights booked will be based on the details provided by the delegates and their travel plans
  5. All refunds will be made one month after the conference gets over
  6. Early check in and check out will be charged actuals
  7. Incase of NO- SHOW there will be no refund
  8. 5 star hotels and 4 star hotels check in time at 1400hrs and check out 1200hrs
  9. These rates are available only for delegates to the WEVA2011 Congress
DEADLINE & CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. Please note that the last date for hotel booking 1st October, 2011 after, which rooms will be on subject to availability.
  2. For Cancellation received after 1st October, 2011 a cancellation charge amounting to 100% of total invoice amount will be charged.
  3. For Cancellation received after 15th September, 2011 a cancellation charge amounting to 50% of total invoice amount will be charged.
