Overseas / Foreign issued Credit Card, need to be registered under VISA verification or MasterCard Secure verification. This is mandatory when delegate use this cards on online Payment Gateway.

  • 2.8% will be charged extra as a processing fees for credit card payments
  • If you want to attend Inaugural Dinner you have to pay 1350 / $ 40 & for Gala Dinner 2000 / $ 60 extra
    (only for Lay Day & Small Animal).
  • Accompanying person package is 50% of the registration fee. Accompanying person package is not applicable for delegates registering only for Small Animal & Lay Day.
  • Post Graduate students should attach a letter from HOD as a proof of belonging to that college/ University
  • 1 USD = INR 45
  • Payment should be made in favour of "IAEP WEVA Congress 2011".(Demand Draft will be accepted from Indian participants only)
